Good morning, Jesus.
Lord, from a heart of love and gratitude I desire to please You. Once You redeemed me, You own me. You went right to work within me to refine my faith so I’m empowered to do Your will and fulfill Your purpose (Philippians 2:13). I pray my obedience to Your Spirit’s leading influences those around me to seek You in all things. Even if You purposely lead me outside my comfort zone, may I not fuss and resist, but recognize that’s Your way of developing deeper faith and godly character in me. You never promised living for You would always be easy, just rewarding.
Bless our obedience so You will receive all the glory, Jesus. In Your authoritative name, amen.
