THANKFUL

Lord, You came to comfort the brokenhearted, to heal our wounded souls, to break the chains of sin that held us captive and to redeem our fallen spirit by giving Your life as a sacrifice for sin (Isaiah 61:1). Those who cried out for mercy You welcomed to the mercy-seat in heaven (Hebrews 4:16). Therefore, today I can walk in confident faith, knowing there is nothing I will encounter, no trial I will face, no insurmountable mountain blocking my path that Jesus completed work on the cross has not already conquered.

Lord Jesus, You have done it all. We need nothing else but more of You, Jesus. Amen.
